to talk kawaii english with the ’th’ sound, you would replace the ‘TH’ sound with a ‘D’. so, if you want to try it, in place of “that’s kinda creepy”, you would say, “dat’s kinda cweepy”. you would not replace the ‘K’ with a ‘W’ sound. you would only replace the ‘L’ and ‘R’ sounds with ‘W’ sounds.
